Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate (SPRE) has set its sights on the burgeoning demand for luxury residences in Pune with the launch of 276 homes in the second phase of its ‘Golfland’ project. The esteemed realty firm anticipates an estimated revenue of Rs 600 crore from this latest venture.

The Golfland project, an integral part of the expansive ‘VANAHA’ township near Bavdhan, West Pune, caters to the upscale housing needs in the region. With homes available at prices starting from Rs 1.48 crore, the development aims to meet the growing aspirations of homebuyers seeking luxurious living spaces.

In the first phase, SPRE successfully introduced 276 homes, and the current launch is poised to continue the legacy of delivering outstanding products. The ‘VANAHA’ township, spanning 1,000 acres, stands as a mixed-use development comprising residential, commercial, and retail spaces.

Nirav Dalal, Business Head and Chief Investment Officer at SPRE, expressed confidence in the project’s success, stating, “The remarkable success of VANAHA has only strengthened our resolve to deliver outstanding products while reflecting the trust and confidence that customers place in the brand.” Over the past few years, Pune’s real estate sector has witnessed a consistent rise in the launch of luxury and premium residences.

Dalal sees a promising future for Pune’s real estate market in 2024, anticipating continued growth. He attributes this optimism to strong demand and noteworthy price appreciation in the Pune market. As the city’s real estate landscape evolves, Dalal believes the current period presents an opportune moment for homebuyers to invest in a property.

Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate, with a development potential exceeding 142 million square feet, has a notable presence in key Indian cities, including Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Gurugram, and Kolkata. The company’s commitment to delivering excellence and meeting the evolving preferences of homebuyers positions it as a prominent player in the real estate sector.

As Pune’s real estate market enters a new phase of growth, SPRE’s Golfland project is set to contribute significantly to the city’s upscale housing landscape, offering a blend of sophistication and comfort for discerning home seekers.
