    • Literate Applicants (Able to Read & Write)
    • Age Criteria:
    • Primary Applicant: Minimum 21 Years
    • ADD-ON Card Holder: Minimum 18 Years
    • Maximum Age: 65 Years
    • No maximum age for Card Holders issued Card against FDR
    • Income Criteria: Minimum Gross Annual Income of Rs. 5 Lacs
    For Self-employed:
    • Literate Applicants (Able to Read & Write)
    • Age Criteria:
    • Primary Applicant: Minimum 21 Years
    • ADD-ON Card Holder: Minimum 18 Years
    • Maximum Age: 65 Years
    • No maximum age for Card Holders issued Card against FDR
    • Income Criteria: Minimum Gross Annual Income of Rs. 5 Lacs

    Fees for Punjab National Bank – PNB Rupay Millennial Card:

    • Joining Fee: Rs. 399/-
    • ADD-ON Card Fee: Rs. 399/-
    • Annual Fee: Rs. 999/- per annum (Waived if the Annual Spend on the Cards is Rs. 1 Lakh during the Previous Financial Year)
    • No Annual Charges for ADD-ON Cards
