    • If self-employed: My company has a trading history exceeding 12 months.
    • I possess a commendable credit record without any payment defaults.
    • I currently reside in India at a valid residential address.
    • I maintain a savings or current account with an Indian or multinational bank in India.
    • I am employed and boast a Personal Annual Income of INR 25 lakhs or higher, or if self-employed, I generate a Personal Annual Income of INR 15 lakhs or more.
    • I/we affirm that I or the supplementary card applicant/s qualify as Resident Indian(s) per the criteria outlined in the Income Tax Act of India. I/we also commit to informing American Express Banking Corp. about any changes in residential status.
    • I acknowledge that American Express Cards are presently issued to residents of specific cities, namely Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Indore, Coimbatore, Chandigarh/Tricity, Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodra, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Ernakulam, Vijaywada, Lucknow, Ludhiana, Nagpur, Nasik, Trivandrum, Mysuru, Cuttack & Vizag, subject to certain conditions.
    For Self-employed:
